Taking a trip to snowboard again at the old haunts from my Snow-search Japan writing days has been well-etched in my mind for the past few years.
At the end of my rather compressed season in Hokkaido, Japan this year I managed to squeeze in a week-long road trip in Honshu, revisiting the resorts of Hakuba, Nozawa Onsen and a personal favourite Myoko Akakura.
